HOLIDAY MORTGAGE PROJECT
In 2020, a longtime RCU Member approached RCU and offered an anonymous $5,000 donation to help fellow RCU Members who were diligently keeping up with their mortgages but feeling the extra squeeze of the season. Inspired by her generosity, the RCU Community Fund (RCUCF) matched their gift, doubling the impact. Last year, in partnership with our Financial Assistance Department, we were able to select eight Members to receive this unexpected gift–the most ever! Together, we’ve distributed over $40,000 to date, changing lives one mortgage payment at a time.
